today I detected this bug. if you connect joypad and open dialog, you can move. I know what this bug can be fixed with TogglePlayerControllable, but this is bug

Good spot! As you have said it can be easily fixed, but hopefully this can be fixed by the developers or by other knowledgeable people on the SAMP forums

I remembered one more bug... it is related with TogglePlayerControllable.. player can moved if he uses joypad, but I did not know how you can take this effect

This happened to me long time ago in a GW server, and i think it's important to fix it.
