i think i need a irc file becoz when i try to compile it says fatal error 100 caot compile from file irc.. i earlier had thkis with zcmd but it was fixed with zcmd.inc so i think it also needs some .inc file or something

You have included a include file but its not actually there, so yea download it and unzip in the includes section.
