Implementation of Income Tax Department / Mortgation of Properties/ Property Dealers and Collateral Department under the supervison of Government of San Andreas

I would like to Share a thought that came to my mind, that Government should start giving out Loans , Collaetral would be the perfect word for it. This will help in the employement status of this country, as Government is not willing to employ all the citizens. So, it's better to start giving out loans, for a good work or business. An Income Tax Department should be implemented to look after this. If you start giving out loans on small things , and on properties. Also nation's treasury department would be in benefit as well as youth of this nation won't get distracted to alcholic or narcotic products. People of this country would be able to concentrate on their business . It will increase the employement in Los Santos, and people would keep themselves busy working.
It would be simply the end of Miserable Life due to the Lack of money. People of San Andreas would be more happy than now. The Government should start giving out loans on expensive vehicles, as all of we know that mostly people are dealing with vehicles and earning money, but they cannot start this business unless they have 8.00.000 $ to spend on a vehicle and arrange someone to buy that.
So the basically Idea is, to start giving out loans on House/ Vehicle / Headquarters / Any owned Property on the basis of its Market Value/ Price. and If they fails to reimburse the amount, Government should mortgage their property for three weeks with a prior notice to return the amount. and even after that If somebody fails to payback the amound.
The Government or Income Tax Department will be holding an auction to sell that property within' three weeks.
For example:-, FBI Rancher - Market Value, Forty millions but Government should give Thirty Seven Millions, and the person has to Reimburse Forty Million within' specific or given time.

  About the Exploitation
  • What if someone creates a new account and apply for the loan?
    It would be surely no, because we're not giving loans out unless they are level 7 or above , also they need two referrals. In case they won't pay the amount Icly/ OOCly . The Referrals have to pay that amount as they have proved that guy a gentleman and eligible to apply for a loan
  • What IF they sell their cars to another players and then just quit the server?
    This is also negative, because there would be a script to prevent the sale of a vehicle
