Yes, but you have almost 17000 posts and you're a beta tester who joined SA:MP in June 2008. Not to mention you're a programmer by trade (?)
He has 79 posts, not a beta tester and joined in May 2013.

He is probably not as determined as you (compliment to you), so it'd probably be completely unrealistic that he has a read, or will ever read, the pawn .pdf
