As what we commonly see in our daily life that people have a single skin but although they can change clothes and hair styles
So in a roleplay server there should be a single skin for each person of thier choice and there should be a way they can change clothes and hair styles that would look cool

On some servers they can change their skins not clothes in their house..hairstyles...roleplay servers might have shops.some people will have skin mods...so it would be a waste if they have...

You could go to a role playing server and post your suggestion on their forums. Maybe it will be implemented.
