Sometimes vehicle get bugged, and when i get close to it then it start to fire and Explosion. Then i come again, i see that car and he again is firing and explosion and so on.. It's a sa-mp bug?

It's a common SA-MP bug and sometimes when you enter an interior and get out, you'll see that vehicle exploding again.
