Well train is 537 or 538 so...

AddStaticVehicle(537, 2109.1763, 1503.0453, 32.2887, 82.2873, 0, 1);

Coords are from wiki but it should be created somewhere on the railways. If you want spawn it on your place, then go to server on railways and write /save in chat and get coords from GTA folder in your documents.
