Open your pawno folder - includes - and check for a folder named 'StreetRodZ' (Having the exact caps and so on) and check for a file named 'Defines' if not found, then you don't have that include.
If found, with other caps (example:StreetRODz) rename the folder to StreetRodZ and the include to Defines

If you have done above, still experiencing problems.
Re-compile it by opening pawno.exe in where the include is, then re-compile your script.
