You are missing some of the DLL files in your computer..... I think.

That use to happen to me when i tried to open my server.exe, but then i figured out that i was missing some DLLs i

I can't remember what DLLs were those!

It's very highly unlikely that missing DLLs are a problem. SA-MP/GTA wouldn't load if DLLs were missing..

It's probably object related. Past that, there's no way to tell. Do some debugging. Comment out some code (objects).
