Well, Here is the deal, My normal "GTA SA" Works fine, and the samp_debug works fine, but when i open samp, and connect to a roleplay server, The game freezes after it brings up some textdraws and stuff, and i have to "CTRL + ALT + DELETE", Ik there isn't a problem with my GTA, because the normal one works, so what's wrong with SAMP?

Alright, So i just tried a stunt server, and i was able to join but froze after like 5 mins, or something while i was sky-diving, and on those roleplay server btw, the login screen both has camera pos at the marina beach area, And whilst i was connecting the area was blurry, and like it was not fully loaded, do you think that has something to do with it, all thought when i opened my normal GTA, i could see everything loaded fine.

I would recommend either to upgrade your PC or use the lowest settings of the game.
