I tried to run normally, still crash and an error about gta_sa.exe occur. Does this mean that I have to reinstall the game?

- Do you have mods installed in GTA SA? (if yes delete them).
- Did you tried re-installing GTA SA & SA-MP?
- Did you tried running as administrator SA-MP or GTA SA?

Running the game in compatibility mode always causes crashes in my experience... Reinstall GTA and see if that solves the problem. If it doesn't, make sure you have .NET Framework installed as I'm pretty sure SA:MP needs that to run properly...
