Cuff command help!

Okay, so my cuff command is derpy as fuck. Right now, what it does is after tazing the player, they get put in a crack animation, but when you cuff them, they'll be on the ground in SPECIAL_ACTION_CUFFED - but I want them standing up when using the cuff command.
