In my country there is a a server that they can use Vietnamese Font. But when i write it on samp they appear °^╝♫&›,зXB!

It doesn't a font of Vietnam !

I think you need the Vietnamese language pack installed on Windows. Not sure though, but that's the thing I'd expect.
