hello. I want to create a server and launch it but could not finish because it can not connect to mysql localhost. Who can help me on this issue are not. I do not have knowledge of mysql. I hope someone can help me, you can connect with me by teamwiewer. Thank you

You don't use mysql to create a server using vps you use putty.
If thats what your asking.
Contact the vps provider if you have one.
