You can debug the problem using CRASHDETECT Server plugin. https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=262796
Load the plugin , whenever your server will restart it will write the debug in your server log file

If you server started acting like this since today then yes this could be the reason if its happening since days it might not be the same reason.

The Hack was Exploited today. on a polish forum from where this attack merged a couple of hours ago.
