Basically what the title says. Every time I press esc, I can't use the mouse unless I re-log.

Go into Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/SAMP. Open sa-mp.cfg with Notepad. Set multicore to 0. Save the file.

Yeah it happens to me a lot. What you need to do is press Alt+Tab WITHOUT the game paused, then do it again to go back to the game and it's fixed.

*It also happens in GTA single player.

That may crash the game, at least it does in my case. I wouldn't recommend it.

Just press ESC wave your mouse like you dont care. Then go in game again. If it does the same. Do the same step again till it works.
