Hello there,

I made a command that removes your own nametag so nobody is able to see your nametag.
Can anyone help me by making the command if I type /nametagoff that nobody is able to see only your nametag?

That will help you disabling your name tag by a command but that through a loop for all players so it will disable your name tag for all players.

I don't get your problem, to be honest. The command is right there on the wiki page! Check that link SilentSoul posted, and use the contents of the example command on the wiki page.
