Hello SA:MP,
I opened a server but the maps , labels and pickups dont load! Someone told me that the problem is with the plugin streamer.so [I used Linux Host]... What do you say?

The issue is the streamer.

Download and update your streamer - then recompile.

If it isn't streamer then simply you didn't load those label.

OnPlayerDataSave -> Make a function that saves/ OnPlayerDataLoad - Make a faction that loads those labels etc while people connects to the server. If you do not get it, PM or reply me here I'll help you through.
