I received a pm where it was reported that someone stole the design of my website..

What can i do?


Original: Censored too.. becouse someone think i just do for advertising..

Fake: Censored for redirect to porn or something like that. (if you want the link pm me)

Threaten them with a DMCA.

If not, threaten the .tk domain that they're using a ripped website layout and tell them to take it down. Quote the law and use terminology to sound like you know what you're talking about.

If not, threaten the host.

EDIT: Show the evidence of the rip though.

Also do what linuxthefish said.. Make sure you're not using someone else's work such as WP templates etc....
