How can we Change The Colour Of Amount Textdraw below health and arnour in top right corner?

Acctually it is inbuilt with GTA SA so, it isnt a textdraw.

But , i think u can change it

It's a Filterscript that you may use to change the color of your health bar. Isn't that what you needed? I could barely understand what you were trying to say.
