I need help with my script, that if date 1 passed the date 2 with his hour so will happens something.
if the hour is less than the current hour and the date passed it will pass the check too.
for an example:
27/10/2012 - 16:40 (OLD)
16/01/2013
There is easy way to check it(*every part important: day, month, year, hour)?
If its passed it will return 1 if not 0...
