I meant where do you see it's written as 0.3x? If the server is in 0.3x R2, it should be the version as the picture below:


EDIT: I just saw your post above. It's not updated to 0.3x R2.. Contact them!

Maybe your host doesn't allow you to upload samp files such as the new update it's best to contact them to see wether they'll update you to the latest version as this isn't the support forums for your host.
