The way I see it the person stated that as a requirement. I don't think he doesn't know where to put his gamemode. Either way, we live in a free world. If somebody who lacks knowledge wants to make his server, let them do so and when they fail, they'll learn. As clichй as it may sound, nobody was born learned.

better answer dont give admin powers to who you dont trust cos what about if your server got high then the co owner just banned everyone including yourself pretty much fucked also losing player base
