Please help me
I get this error everytime i start the server . What to do??

You're missing plugin(s). It's either you forgot to load them or the plugin(s) failed for some reason.

Load nativechecker plugin (****** it to find it) and run your server again. Last, post the results were printed to the console/server log here.
