You can check this thread and check the tutorials. It seems that you are a newbie so you can begin with BlueG's R6 plugin, which uses non-threaded queries. If you choose to work with R7 plugin and above you should check AndreT's caching guide or ORM usage tutorial (depending on your own preferences).
And still I'd not recommend you to begin with R7 plugin and newer version, since you are a newbie.
