How many SAMP servers can it host ?

I think it will be good enough to host a 50 Slot TDM, or DM server, If you are using a Gamemode that has many objects ((More than 500+)) i don't think it will be good enough to host 50 slot. You can host a 20-35 Slot RP server on this one i guess. I am not sure...

Dunno about panels, but that server should be able to run 2-5 servers depending on the gamemode's and plugins' ram usage. (The only bottlenecks in servers are usually the network speeds, not the servers themselves)

They get shut down if you don't login for like a week or something, and only 10 mbit port and crap network.
