D-Admin Administration System

Hello, DamonD(Damon Davidson) here with my first filterscript. So basically its a VERY simple administration system using pAdmin(also has pHelper). Note, its not to be used on big servers it was mostly released to see what I can do as a noobie scripter. I hope you like it, and are nice enough to give me some reputation for it. Remember its my first release so no "You're such a newbie!" comments or anything like that. Enjoy.
USAGE:
/makeadmin -- Makes the player admin
/maketempadmin -- Temporarily makes the player an admin
/playall - Play an audio stream for all players
* DamonD slaps -- Slap a player around a bit with a large trout.
/freeze -- Freeze a player
/unfreeze -- unfreeze a player
NOTE: I will try to add way more stuff, as I learn how to script.

NOTE: You must make a way to read and use pAdmin, whether its making a system or placing this in your pre-ready game-mode. You will also need pHelper if you want Helpers to be not be able to become admins to work. You will also need zCMD.
