Morning all!
I've been having a strange issue with SA-MP lately. It appears that my 'DEL' key (Special Vehicle Action 2 or whatever it is, the key that moves the tow truck arm down) is constantly 'pressed'. I know it's not a hardware fault because if I type something in say, MS Office Word (or here as a matter of fact), 'DEL' isn't actually pressed because it won't delete anything. The issue also occurs in single-player.

It happens regardless of any modifications I have, as I've tried with a clean game too.

I'm running Windows 8 64-bit, if that changes anything.

Edit: As daft as it sounds... it was related to my phone being plugged into my laptop dock while SA-MP was loaded. I'm not sure of the relevance or how it only seems to affect SA-MP, but disconnecting my phone (Xperia U) resolved the issue without even having to reload the game. Unusual, to say the least...

Seems weird ill try to find out wat the prob isy

My desk runs through a port replicator for a Toshiba laptop, which is essentially a fancy name for 'USB Hub with a few more ports like Ethernet and VGA'. There was probably some abnormal interference considering the following list of devices are connected to it at any one time:

• Wireless Mouse and Keyboard Receiver
• Hercules DJ Console RMX
• Hercules DJ Console MP3
• Sony Xperia U Charging Cable (when at my desk, the phone is always plugged in)
• USB Power Supply for first set of speakers
• VGA Cable for secondary monitor
• Ethernet Cable for Network

As you can see, there are lots of things that could be silly here!
