Delete the gtasa.set from the GTA USER FILE if did not work try to create a new account on ur pc also make sure you run gta_sa.exe as an administrator

You dont need to create a new account on your computer, that makes no sense at all. Simply uninstall the game, delete ALL game setting files and anything else GTA SA / SAMP related. You'll also need to clean out all of your temporary files and your registry (lookup a program called CCleaner by Piriform). After you do all of that restart your computer and reinstall GTA:SA and SA:MP.

You Will Delete File USERDATA.DAT and you can find it (My Documents) Then GTA San Andreas User Files then folder SAMP

I had a problem once with crashes didn't work until i created a new account in some cases it's neccary
