I have my server hosted on volt-host and they recently got an attack in which they had to change their website DNS settings. As instructed on their website, users would have to force an update to have access again. This is done through flushing or refreshing your DNS - exactly what I did and would take around 24 hours (default) to take effect. I did some adjustments to make it effective in a shorter time but still didn't work.

I'm still unable to gain access to their website. Anyone knows a solution to this?

Your best bet is making a ticket to the company.

I can't even have access to their website. Although I've sent an email but I bet it would take forever.

Only best and big companies get DDoS-ed, just to let you know.

@On topic:

This is forum about the SA:MP related things and doesen't have anything to do with companies off the tree of SA-MP. All you can do is open a ticket in Volt-Host.

The site has been DDoS-ed and possibly all the users have been informed about it. Here's a email showing me what to do to retrieve my host back:

Hi there!

Due to an attack causing an outage on our website we have made some changes to our server configuration including our DNS setup. If you are having trouble accessing the website (volt-host.com), please try resetting your DNS cache and browser cache.

You can do this on Windows or Mac OSX by following this guide: http://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNSnl6767e3...029175Volt Host (volt-host.com) should point to the following IP addresses on your computer: 141.101.124.70, 108.162.207.70.

If you are still experiencing issues, please feel free to mail us at support@volt-host.com or offsite at mark.prokoudine@gmail.com for support.

Thanks!

Regards,

The Volt Host Team

It's working just fine now. I had to re-install my browser though.

A better way would be is to install ****** DNS.
