Map Location Teleports

About
This filterscript contains commands to teleport the player to most of the map areas. It is nothing complex just time consuming so I have done this to hopefully save others time. Commands are:

/gotohelp - lists commands and names of locations
/gotofix - sets the players virtual world and interior to default
