Basically what I did is I portforwarded and did everything I had to do to make the server work. Even ported through Firewall so that's not blocking it. I followed the instructions in a video and it works on my screen; just not anyone elses. I basically used my external IP and I've got a brother that is testing it, we run it local to go mess around in and now we're attempting to make it external so other friends can come in.

EVERYTHING IS PORT FORWARDED - USING MY EXTERNAL IP ADDRESS - AND CAN ONLY SEE THE SERVER ON MY SCREEN, MY BROTHER CANNOT SEE IT WHEN IT'S RUNNING EXTERNALLY, BUT CAN WHEN IT'S RUNNING LOCALLY.

It says port 7781 is open.

What I did is I allowed it through our firewall, and forwarded it through my router. (***.***.*.*) in my browser and
that's where I allowed as well. Also known to port forward. Is there something I need to set in the server.cfg?
