There is a few things:
a) Make sure the same IP doesn't connect more than 3 times
b) If you use a login system, add a 60 second timer for people to login before their kicked
c) Set their position and see if they are there, if not then either lag or hacker or bot
Experiment to see if they call OnPlayerRequestClass too, I think they don't call this - can't remember.
