So when I'm alone in server I can see /intro the textdraw command
But when someone joins me and they type it they can't see the textdraw neither can I...

Its not [MAX_PLAYERS] should I add that?

Depends on the the textdraw and what's it's used for.

If the textdraw is showing some data of the player then use MAX_PLAYERS in the variable where it's defined make sure you are using TextDrawShowForPlayer and destroy the textdraws when the server shutdowns (GMX, Closing etc) On the callback OnGameModeExit
