VOIP (Voice Over IP) Original Thread
This system would not be hard to implement. I know some server owners would not appreciate hearing "Hey you stole my car *Whines more*"; So therefore please make this like any other system in sa-mp ex: like the IRC plugins and make it to where channels can be created along with proximity settings. The issue at this present time is that no 3rd party can hop in and make a plugin for this because it would require changes made to the actual sa-mp client. If at least could you please add the basic features and leave it up for someone to devolp a plugin to enhance those features. Also note raknet would be free for sa-mp since it is a non profit community.

Ban's Original Thread
In a previous Sa-Mp version there was a certain ID unique to call sa-mp clients. I'm not sure which version but the feature was revealed by seif. Please implement this feature and make it known.

Please implement some form of MD5 checksum for the core game files and sa-mp client that compares it to the pre-made one. This will kill most script kittys.

The "secret ban function" still exists but it's useless because the information it provides CAN collide with multiple SA:MP clients. However, most posts/threads about it get removed- and for good reason too! As far as VoIP goes, there's no reason for it- SA:MP is just to bring multiplayer capabilities to GTA:SA. It doesn't need inbuilt voice chatting.

Albeit, this thread is useless IMHO. There's no reason to organize the "ideas" because the other topics are still quite popular.

Regarding the VOIP, it would only make sense if we could control it in many aspects like the radius of where it would be heard, mute a voip client (to avoid those whiners) and stuff like that so we could give it a proper use.

The client itself should also have the basic option to mute someone in case theres no admin in the server to do that globally (like Counter Strike).
People will say "theres teamspeak, raidcall, ventrilo, etc", but it's not the same thing, not even close.
Having a VOIP would favor our so adorable Roleplay servers in which SAMP development has been focused on for a few versions now, making it more fluid to play instead of having to stop to text.
But once again, to properly incorporate this in a roleplay script, the VOIP should have functions to control the radius, the volume, blabalbalbal. Because it wouldn't be nice to hear someone through VOIP is is miles away in the other side of the map.

It will most probably never happen, but theres no price on dreaming nor on discussing.

Well why not refine that original unique id? Have it generate by environment variables. Ex: OS, Mobo Serial Number, Driver Versions.
