Since I have got iPLEOMAX's TextDraw Editor

I done all the textdraw stuff...
All good
So now I change my server back to my gamemode and my plugins...
Now I get this error when I run SAMP

samp-server.exe - System Error
The program can't start because LIBMYSQL.dll is mission from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This comes up when I get to this bit on the SAMP SERVER . EXE

Then the error comes -_- when I click OK it runs everything else perfect...

When I take MYSQL out it runs perfect without an error.
Also I have LIBMYSQL.dll in the plugins folder is well... Emm...

[Scenario]

libmysql.dll should be in the server's root directory, NOT the plugins folder.

But why am I starting to get this now...
I should be getting it earlier then hu?
