I want the command to have the wave animation and also wave at the nearest player but if there is no nearest player it cannot wave at all.

So if the person is standing like a bit away from me I can wave to him but if theres no one there I can not wave also I want it to wave at the dead body.
Etc..
*RandomDude..(ID) Waves At (THE NEAREST PLAYER)(ID).

And for the dead body

*RandomDude..(ID) Waves At (The Nearest players dead body(ID)'s Corspe.
