I got this one error too: pawno\include\YSI\y_iterate.inc(203) : fatal error 111: user error: "Old foreach.inc files are no longer compatible with YSI."

Okay i downloaded the last YSI version of your thread from here:

Then i copied in the YSI-master folder the pawno/include (all the folder include and copied to my server folder (0.3x) then i run the server and the problem still showing up...
here some pictures of the samp-server.exe after new YSI version:
