In before, I would like to apologize for my amateur-ness in this, Yes, I'm a complete noobsauce when it comes to servers, Don't kill me.

My friend has just updated Vortex RP 2 from 0.3e to 0.3x, Every files is in a folder called VXRP located in my GTA SA installation directory, When i ran the samp-server.exe, It doesn't show up any errors, But when i try to join, I got this:

-the MySQL connection details are invalid
-the database dump wasn't imported correctly
-an unexpected error occured
Please revisit the installation instructions.

After that, I tried to install XAMPP as Calgoon said in his instruction, But when i tried to open localhost/phpmyadmin, I just got an "Oops!" from ******. Help please!

Check that XAMPP/MySQL is started.

I did, Started Apache (Although nothing happens when i clicked it), And then i started MySQL
