Retrving Info , Everyone can Play Without me , U can see my server is online on my signature
My own server hosted everyone can play without me

What i did till now to play
*Re-installed SAMP
*Re-installed GTA-SA
*Disabled Windows-Firewall
*Uninstalled Anti-Virus
*Removed The server from host and added again

I can play in my server sometimes when my ip starts from 18...... and sometimes i restart router ip starts from 58.... that time i cant play , i think my all ip start from 58.. banned for something . How can i unban ? i delted the ban.file

You IP keeps changing, to prevent that, you need to make a purchase from your ISP (Internet Service Provider), you need to keep your router on so the IP does not change, you need to open ports, check if the IP is same, and in your server.cfg, make sure query and announce is 1 instead of 0.

It seems like you are firewalled from your own server,either ask your host or try to check your firewall,ask them if they can remove you from the firewall or not
