Be sure you got XXXX.amx in your gamemodes folder and make all plugins visible in your folder too.

if Linux use .so for Windows use .dll

Download new streamer plugin and audio plugin and includes.
Then compile script again and then run server.

is your server running on linux? if so you need the .so files no the .dll files
