hello, i just bought vps from my friend,it works, but after i open samp-server.exe its say "unable to start server on IPSERVER:7777. port in used ?"

Maybe your port doesn't opened ? try to check your Ports List in your Router

Message simply means that another process (i.e. another SA-MP server) is already running on the same port. Use another port.

Okay:
1- Try another port like 7778.
2- Go to your router settings and make sure you have that port ready and enabled.

Your :7777 port is already in use try to use another port like :7778 but don't forget to port forwarding , if you don't know about port forwarding you can go at http://portforward.com/ , for checking that your port is open or not visit at : http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/.
