First and foremost, I am running one of, if not the, fastest consumer SSD on the market. I'm not sure why, but it appears my copy of GTA right now (a different one) is really slow to tab in and out. Also, when I go to my options and escape back in, typically I can't move my camera around.

Can anyone verify if legally purchasing the game fixes this issue? If so, I have no problem doing so again (in fact I probably will anyways). If that's not the issue, any ideas how to fix it?

Also, where would you recommend buying GTA:SA from? I heard only certain versions are compatible with SA-MP, or something like that.

Also, I am running multiple monitors and everytime I try and connect to a server, I get a popup confirming what resolution I want. Anyone know how to get rid of this popup?

Mouse not working is an issue with multicore processors. Edit the samp.cfg file in your user files folder and set

I don't know how to get rid of the selection dialog. Maybe it can be set somewhere in the nVidia control panel. Assuming of course that it is in fact the nVidia driver that causes this.

One thing I noticed, is that when you force VSync off via the control panel of NVidia, the game loading times drastically improve. AMD has probably a similar setting.

For the resolution: search the AMD control panel? Maybe there's an option where you can force a certain resolution.

Right under Gaming, just set it to "Use Application Settings" and everything should be fine.

PS: This is in the control center of AMD for your GPU.
