Ok lets start,
I port Forwarded my cotom Port wich is: 1001
I allowed the port though FireWall then I go to
see my External IP wich is: 194.42.130.41 witch is static.
And when I add on SA:MP favourites the 194.42.130.41:1001 It doesn't work,
I just need help to make it online that's all

No, Buying hosted tab means your server will be on host tab not internet,Internet is all the online servers.

@OP Wait a sec did you add the port to server.cfg?

If you did not do this :
1)Open server.cfg (located in your server folder)
2)Next to "Port" make it your port that you are using and port forwared .
3)Save the file
4)Try now to run the server
