I searched "freelance web designer" into ****** to take a look at a few websites. Keep in mind, I live in Las Vegas, Nevada so my search results may be different than yours.
I clicked the first link titled "Lori Frame" and expected to see an innovative, effectively designed website as the head of the SEO race in the area. Apparently I was shockingly wrong in thinking so.

Now please take a look for yourself at www.loriframe.com. After you have browsed the site for yourself, please answer my question below.
How does a site with a sloppy layout, tacky typography, depressing color scheme, and a source code that looks like it was written in 1995 end up as my first choice for web design on ******? What does this say about SEO standards?
(I cringed a little when checking out the "websites" page.)
