Howcast is here to help you.
You will need:
- Spark/IMG Editor
- TXD Workshop
- Image Editing Software (eg:- Photoshop, Gimp)
(Step 1)
Locate the .TXD file you want to mod and extract it using Spark/IMG Editor.
(Step 2)
Open the .TXD file using TXD Workshop and export the specific or all textures in PNG image format.
(Step 3)
Edit the images in Image Editing Software and save it/replace it.
(Step 4)
Import and replace the images back to TXD using TXD Workshop. Make sure the names are unchanged!
(Step 5)
Save the TXD in proper DXT format (if you don't know, leave it default)
(Step 6)
Import the TXD back to IMG using Spark/IMG Editor. Save.
You're done!
Enjoy it in-game.
