Every 5-8 minits my server close.
Maybe i have problems in my plugins or what?

Use crashdetect plugin, download it and put "crashdetect" in your server.cfg infront of "plugins" and then run your server and wait till your problem occurs and then show us your server log, so we can help you solve your problem
