GTA SA NEEDS DIRECTX 9.0 TO START i have installed directX 9.0 about 100times please someone help me!

Uninstall DirectX and reinstall. Reboot and try again.

You cannot uninstall DirectX. Try re-installing GTA SA or run it in compatibilitymode.

i have done it about 500times still dont work.
