Do you have any mods? If yes, Uninstall them. If doesnt works Uninstall GTA (All floders) and Install it back.

Yeah It kept saying GTA:SA not responding but when I uninstalled them then I got this error

Make sure again to remove all gtasa mods you have installed else re-install your samp.

Go to ******, search for a new gta3.img file, and replace your old one. If that doesnt work then re download/re install your GTA SA for a totally clean file.
