I may have already asked, have you tried 1 click mod installer? as long as you have the MYSQL.so or even whirlpool.so plugins on the correct line in your server CFG. it should work fine. I had the same problem, until i clicked the 1 click mod installer. Go try it and post back here.

Install the proper plugins for Volt-Host hosting from the control panel.
